Caring Heart Outreach, Inc. provides food support to teens and seniors over the age of 65. We are often contacted by people in need of help that exceeds the scope of the services we provide. Marshall County Homeless Ministries has 3 housing assistance programs.
- Neighborhood Inn is year-round transitional housing for individuals that is located at 112 Collins Drive in Guntersville consisting of 16 bedrooms. Verifiable requirements include 90 days sober, working and with transportation. Call Tiffany Hall to set a time to complete an application.
- Samaritan Inn is a year-round transitional program for families located at 640 Mobb Hill Road in Union Grove. It can house 3 families. Call Tiffany Hall to get more details and to set a time to complete an application.
- During winter months (December 1 through March 31) Marshall County Homeless Ministries operates the Room at the Inn Program that coordinates with local churches to provide emergency temporary shelter on a rotating basis.

Kelley's Rainbow/Domestic Violence Crisis Services.
Kelly's Rainbow is a non-profit organization named after Kelley Rutledge Johnston of Arab, who was killed by her husband in 2000. This organization not only helps victims get their lives put back together after a domestic violence situation, it offers shelter, assist those needing Protection from Abuse orders (PFAs), participates in court hearings and goes to schools to help students learn to look for signs of domestic violence and when to reach out for help.
